Infomation Monitoring

JARC monitors the flow of ELVs in the recycling system by receiving and filing information from the recycling players on the ELVs they have handled.

This information is chiefly about the movements (receipt and delivery) of ELVs from one player to another, as all the players are positioned according to the orderly sequence of recycling process. JARC monitors the progress of ELVs in the sequence and records the amount of work done by each player. For its information monitoring, JARC uses the electronic manifest forms. The players are required to report their work to JARC by entering information into the manifest forms and transmitting them through a PC network. JARC is making constant efforts to improve on the monitoring system so that the reporting task of the players will be further simplified and streamlined.
