JARC performs recycling safety net work on behalf of the small scale auto makers/importers and vehicle traders.

Furthermore JARC funnels part of the deposited recycling funds into the recycling of illegally abandoned vehicles and the ELVs generated in the small islands off the main islands of Japan.
